Serco Group plc – HMP Dovegate Brochure
HMP Dovegate is a private prison, run by Serco. The prison was opening a new wing and wanted a brochure which would explain its work to visiting dignitaries. It also wanted to use the brochure as an introduction to the prison for new employees.
Serco has a distinctive culture and values and the brochure brings these out, showing how they are important to the way that Dovegate operates. The brochure also explains how the prison tries to help the offenders in its care, so they are less likely to reoffend on release.
