United Trust Bank is a specialist lender, which provides asset finance, bridging loans, loans for property developers and award-winning deposit accounts. It needed a new website which would explain to brokers how the bank could meet their clients’ needs.
Pulling together the copy required us to interview the bank’s senior management team, to understand how each lending area operated and how it differentiated itself from the competition. Each of the lending areas has its own key attributes, which formed the copy’s centre piece.
We also created a set of questions and answers for each type of lending, as well as describing the lending process itself. Finally, we put together a set of case studies, demonstrating how the bank’s flexibility and entrepreneurial approach had enabled it to help its customers.
